tropicalbats Pillar of the Community United States 6108 Posts	Posted 09/19/2024 02:07 am Found this one in a bag of wheats tonight. Very common doubled die, but less common in the stage A die state. This is the only stage without some kind of die chips in the LIBERTY. It's also beyond me to understand why this one is a major with an FS number, as there are literally dozens of stronger class VI dies in the series. 1909 V.D.B. My guess on why this one for an FS and not others might be because it is fairly common (in later stages) and therefore attainable. Especially in later stages with the easy to spot die chips. Also, maybe the authors listed varieties they actually found, so they could provide images for the book. Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
