Hello just looking for educational feed back.
Is this a DD? Also I'd that's a S and D mint mark.

To CCF! That closeup picture is way out of focus and not very good. I would retake that photo in focus. So far, I am not seeing any doubling.

Pictures are too small to be sure of anything. I'll say doesn't look like anything but a normal '69-S.

It's definitely not the big rare one. The pictures are still not clear enough to tell if it's one of the minor DDO's. Here are some sites to look up by date.

You can compare your coin to the known DDO's attributed here.
Also, check out the photography forum of our site. A lot of great tips. It's the most important thing to know how to do for us to help you.
If this was the big DDO for this year, it would be easy to tell even with the current pictures, the small ones need pretty good pictures, with the right amount of lighting.

to CCF.
Not seeing and DD here (are you asking about a DDR or DDO?)
as for the MM - it looks normal - that mark just north and east may just be a stain.
