I bought a 1961 Red Book at a thrift store yesterday for 25 cents and was wondering if there is a web site that shows what the different conditions look like, e.g. good, very good, fine, very fine, etc.?

John:
No, there is no specific web site for book grading.
However, if you can post a picture I'll give you a grade on it.
Altho, I have to tell you that unless the book is in mint condition (for the 1961) there is very little premium on it.

If you are interested in collecting the Guide Books, you can get this for your research:

You gotta love numismatics. How many other hobbies can you find where even the reference material has collector value?

So, you can check the book to see how much the book should cost? No conflict of interest there, is there?
