jacrispies Pillar of the Community United States 3848 Posts	Posted 09/20/2024 10:45 am I don't see any possibility for a 65 for two reasons. First, upon close inspection of the obverse, there is plenty of fine chatter consistent with the 64 grade level. Second, it looks dipped and weak in luster. For mercs to achieve higher grades, they need to have that "fresh" look with strong luster. That's my opinion although NGC could put anything in a Gem holder. Suffering from bust half fever.
