Large-Roman-Provincial:-Gordian-Or?
Large-Roman-Provincial:-Gordian-Or?

Weight: 16.7 grams
diameter: 31 mm

I know that this is from Tarsos: I can read
TAPCOY MHTPOΠOΛEOC on the reverse, and I think that is Artemis with a bow.

I'm thinking that the obverse is Gordian III, but perhaps is is Philip. I'd appreciate a positive ID.

Perhaps one of these (Trebonianus Gallus)? The bust looks closer to the first (#1396) than the second, IMO.

Thanks. Yes, the first one seems better. At any rate I can match the inscription.
