1883 V nickel Full LIBERTY Die Cracks on OBV Minor Die crack REV. E V this is the coin I spoke of the other day. PD $8 for the coin from a local man. I properly cleaned it to the best of my ability. You can see some white crust around the date etc. I think the minor doubling I see is just Machine Doubling. Any idea of how the get the rest of the white crud off without damaging it? I also finished going through the $200 face of nickels. $27 face of 2005 D 5C a lot of bison. I have not looked for the speared bison yet. just separated them to look closely later. Found 1 no-date buffalo, 1 wartime 1944 S, and 10 doubled die 5c from the 1940s and 1950s. Cir. and nothing major. Also found a 1994 LMC that is the size of a nickel. Odd coin. May post it next with the weight. Thanks, Frank B.

Hi, thank you Seeker_101. You have should have seen it before I removed most of the white crud off of it. Some can be seen but it is 10x better. Should I continue to clean on it or leave it be? Let me know and thanks, Frank B.
