New Pixlr App Problems

Hello,
I've been away from the forum for a while, and since coming back in the past week or so, I've been having issues with the photo optimizer app Pixlr. When I go to the app, it seem like the link is broken and shows me a 404 Error. I eventually am able to download up to 3 images for free before having to pay for the app. This was not the case previously. Have there been changes that I may have missed during my absence? Am I doing something wrong? Do I now have to pay for the downloads?
