This coin looks like it has either an MD or DDO type of F under the date. Which is it or not and would this coin have any comparative examples so I can look up some prices to ask when I put it up for sale?

I normally would never send an MD anything for attribution, but in this case just because it is so rare and unusual, would having ANACS attribute it for authenticity be worth a shot in the dark?

They are coming to our local tradeshow next month, and I might bring it along, depending upon what our CCF members feel.

The paper ANACS sent me said, " Machine Doubling - not a doubled die."

Being that I have now spoken to about 20 people who have never seen anything like this, what type of asking price wouldn't be perceived as outlandish for people to consider buying it? I know that Machine Doubling doesn't bring much, but this is definitely different in nature. And does anyone know any examples of coins where a decent premium has been paid for Machine Doubling?
