It appears to be in the name of John George I of the Electorate of Saxony.

There were at least 4 thaler types with a similar bust of Johan Friedrich obverse.
Based on the positions of the coats of arms that punctuate the legend, @Bojan has picked the best match.
But indeed it's always better to show both sides of the coin to get a good ID.
