1957 P Nickel Step Question

After seeing the recent post about Jefferson nickels concerning the FS designation, I pulled out this 1957 P that had been graded by the now defunct INB TPG company. They always graded higher than anyone else so this one was put at 70. I was hoping to get your opinion on the FS (Full Steps). As always...Thanks

I know just what I've seen & read here, about FS designation.
That seems like without a doubt Full Steps.

Looks like a proof nickel - so it is common for proofs to have full steps.

Nice proof coin. Full Steps is common on proofs, as Marve65 said.

Yes, it certainly appears to be a brilliant proof. Very hard to photograph properly.
