PCGS AU-55 Type 2 Dollar. Bent?

So I've been looking for a type 2 gold dollar for my collection and came across this one on the bay. Question, is it just me, or does this coin look severly bent at 12 oclock on the obverse and 6 oclock on the reverse? I sent that question to the seller and am awaiting a response. The coin seems to be "cheaper" than normal. Did PCGS screw up or am I seeing things?

Yes, Johnny, it looks bent. And I don't agree with the AU55 grade either. (I wouldn't go above an XF45.) Suspicious....
