I have this dime that has a lot of blue green dots on them. I have one from 1881 and another from 1906. Can anyone tell me what error they are and if it's worth anything?

These are both Indian cents, not dimes, and I am afraid they are both just damaged coins, not worth anything above face value.

They're Indian cents. They've been heavily damaged ( PMD) and carry no premium.

Both of your coins would be considered "culls" due to the damage. Since they both have dates and are not holed they would be worth about 30 cents each in the wholesale market.

I moved your topic to the correct area for proper attention.
I also edited your title and text a bit to show the correct date. (you had 1981 instead of 1881)

Damaged cents that may or may not have been cleaned and or painted.
