First of all, welcome to the community, you will learn a lot while you are here.
Second this is a Indian cent, not a dime. as for grade, I am not the best but I do see some wear on the feathers and other high points and it looks possibly the coin was cleaned due to the lighter appearance of the feilds, but I could be wrong about that.

At a quick glance I'd put vf - xf , value 2022 Red Book says 6 to 10 bucks so cut that in half at least....3 to 5 bucks.

If you have that many coins to research, may I suggest logging onto numista.com. There you can research your coins to learn about the rarity and value of each one.

the 1906 Indian cent is one of the more common years. there were over 92mm coins minted that year.

your coin looks to XF40 range. its a nice coin and probably a retail value about $10-12
