This Ike appears to be a good match for 1971 $1 DDR-002. Splits are visible on the two S tails in States, as well as all the upper stars. I couldn't see any splits on EPU, but the words do have massive blocky thickness compared to normal coins, and the left dot has distortion reminiscent of Buffalo nickel DDRs.
There is quite a bit of fuzziness on Ikes that I find challenging. Die wear and circulation wear definitely seem to take a toll on these tiny features.
Is the distorted dot a good clue for DDR on Ikes? I'm pretty sure that I have dispatched other less distorted EPU dots back into the pile.
