2013 P MD Quarter: Need Help With This One

This one has me very confused. I'm pretty sure there is doubling mixed with MD. The second stripe up on the flag may be MD. I tried to use the least amount of pics so see that the blocks on the building don't show up very well in the pic. So thoughts on this one?

WDDR-013 and the rest is Die Deterioration Doubling or MD.

The doubling on the firework burst left of the top of the flagpole is just DDD. You can see the development of this DDD on the multiple stages of WDDR-007.
