Could be rim damage, but perhaps instead the earliest start of a rim Cud? I'm not sure. A really good close-up image might help.

Thank you Coinfrog! Errers it weights 11.36 g I have seen a lot of coin with that on the rim so I assume that thats no an error because its pretty common I guess. But the weakness in that part is my question. I found fews 1971 and 1972 with the dame weakness in the same area.

Thank you Hondo Boguss!  For the close-up and view my coins I use this wonderful microscope 4K Digital Microscope, Elikliv EM4K 8" For take pictures of the entire coin I use this old camera:

Looks like it might be a case of pre-strike planchet damage.

These other coins might be similar or in a similar location, but because of the "randomness" of the placement of the planchet into the striking chamber, they shouldn't be in the exact same location.
