Hey came across this 1996 P Dime with some kind of weird deformity and just curious if anyone can help me out. Only found one other example kind of similar but no info! Please help! Thanks:)

to the CCF, Awilson7691! From what I can see in your picture, it looks like your dime is simply damaged - PMD - and not an error. A picture of the reverse would allow confirmation.
Also, please crop your images to remove all of the blank space.

I agree with heat damage like from a campfire or a house fire.
In future posts,please crop photos right up to the coin with no background...thanks.

But when posting coin images, please crop the images to the coins edges removing as much background as possible.
