The seller is a well-known Connecticut dealer Kevin Vinton. His firm is called "Inde et Lib" which is a contraction of the motto: 'Independence and Liberty' in Latin. He seems to be reselling items from the Sydney F. Martin collection which was auctioned by StacksBowers in 2023. Martin was a collector, a former president of the American Numismatic Society (ANS), and author of references of early American coinage who unfortunately passed away in 2021. I purchased an uncirculated Nova Constellatio copper out of that series of sales. Seems like these are treasures that appear quite affordable.
