The coin looks reprocessed. No premium.

Agree this is likely reprocessed. Is the rim (edge) bright like the rest of the coin?

It sure does look reprocessed rendering it a damaged cent. The missing T may be from a Struck Through Grease problem when your coin was originally struck.

I agree, reprocessed cent. The edge will show exposed steel on one that has not been reprocessed.
