1960 D Types - Coin Community Forum

bargar Valued Member Canada 80 Posts	Posted 05/10/2009 2:32 pm I have five 1960 D and they all seem to be a little different. The D is in different places and the dates have slight differences. I uploaded the pictures to the links below and hoping I can get some feedback on them. John1 Moderator United States 56855 Posts	Posted 05/11/2009 07:22 am I'm no pro, the mint marks were placed by hand into the dies until 1990 so the placement will vary,as long as they are in the general area under the date it's considered normal. There are also a large date and a small date variety for 1960 and 1960-D. Hope this helps some. John1 Report this Post to the Staff
