Haven't seen any 2009 cents in Oklahoma yet. I just got back from a trip to Nicaragua and while waiting on my connecting flight I bought a snack in the airport in Houston. In the tellers change draw were five 2009-P lincolns. She gave me all five. one is just about flawless, and the others have a few minor scratches and/or bag marks. I am going to put the good one in the last blank hole in my Dansco wheat album. The other two blanks have the two 1959's in BU.

I got a couple 2009 D rolls at wal mart, and found a single 2009 penny on the ground at a mall here in TX

I guess some people in Texas don't care about the 2009 pennies! I think it is time for me to take a road trip.

I got one in the register today! That makes 4 D's and 2 P's. I'm East TX, about 50-60 miles East of Dallas.

Just one here - San Francisco cashier. I see hundreds of cents daily, as well as searched a couple of boxes. I might be able to ask specifically for them at the bank, but I prefer the serendipity of finding them on my own.
