Cohen has a 5-stage progression, BA114/117/119/121/123. The overfilled 9 makes this look like BA123, which corresponds to CoC 55S-011E, but it does look like all the die cracks of -011E have not yet presented. BA121 (there is no BA122) does not have the overfilled 9, so if your coin shows significant characteristics between the two it would be equivalent to "BA120".
The problem is that on CoC, -011C is cross-ref to BA119, while -011E is cross-ref to BA123, leaving -011D to cross with BA121. If this coin is different enough from BA123/-011E to warrant a new die state, CoC will need to re-number -011E as -011F, making your coin -011E. You'd need to work with JC to determine if there is enough of a difference between your coin and the current -011E to justify a new listing and renumbering.
