I attached a few photos of this 2021 Lincoln shield penny found looking like asteroids diving into the date. Has the community run into these before and what makes it occur? This is more for knowledge as I really did not know how to look this up. Could be some kind of plating error maybe? Thanks for keeping the wknd interesting coin community.

Looks similar to "Field Restricted Struck Through" hinging on whether or not the feature is actually incused.
