Good evening CCF!! Found this yesterday CRH, my first thought was PMD, I don't know about what's going on on the reverse but the texture of the coin's surface of the obverse made me doubt a little about whether it was damaged or not, because it doesn't appear that the coin has been dragged or sanded, the surface of the rim resemble to my 2019 Lowell quarter struck through that I post before here, there are also something happening near Liberty and the eye of Washington ( let me know if you need better photos of that area) In case that you are wondering this coin weight 5.76 Please check the images I attached, all your input are welcome, thank you guys!! gigi2110

With that partially flattened rim, my vote is for this being damage.

No apologies necessary. But one full coin photo obverse and one full coin photo reverse would have been sufficient. John1

Now that I think about it, you're right, the full picture of obverse and reverse show all, so I could have saved a lot of time as well. Thank you John1 I will keep that in mind next time

That was a reference to a person, MC Hammer and a hammer being used to damage the coin. John1
