I'd like to get at least three opinions on its grade.

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces15235.html

Using ebay only as an example, does it appear that pricing on Numista is proportionally accurate to use for retail resale excluding tax and shipping, etc.?

I'm thinking in the VF-XF range. As for pricing, I always use ebay past sales as a general guide.

I'll say EF-40, just a stab.

So that scratch going beginning just south of the reverse rim Cud at about 11 o'clock running diagonally down to the right would not be severe enough to detail it?

The top picture is the obverse. I think those are rim dings, not Cuds. I don't know if the scratch would details it, but the past cleaning might. I don't think it's worth slabbing.
