1995 India 5 Rupees Coin With Die Crack, RIDB, And Cud For Grading

This was an ebay purchase. It shows a Die Crack, a Retained Interior Die Break, and a Cud. The reverse might be showing a Lamination issue or it's just damage. What do you think the grade is on this coin? VG? If the photos aren't good enough, I am willing to take more.

Very interesting coin, Errers! When a die gets so used that it cracks, many fine details have been lost from it, as you know. Add in some circulation wear and VG is about right. The area on the reverse looks more like damage than a lamination.

Thank you Hondo Boguss for your help. I'll get a close up of that area on the reverse later. I'm thinking damage as well, rather than a Lamination.

Yes, certainly looks damage - it appears that metal has been pushed to the right. But there does not appear to be a corresponding bulge on the obverse.
This was one of the last coins struck using that die!
