Ed, unless I'm wrong (which is quite possible), it can't be that one as it is 0.10 units of currency.

see Q16... 10 Groszy, in base units of currency, the zloty, is 0.10 units of currency.

... I'm easily confused though... what do you say...

that coin does show up on numista search results if you enter 0.10 in the face value search field..

As I don't see any coin with kitchen utensils on them,
