I have a Chinese coin - 29th YEAR OF HU POO, and my guess is that it's counterfeit, but I need confirmation from the internet. Here are the pics:

I'm leaning 99% fake.
The first picture inscription on top reads Tung San Sheng, bottom reads one Tael.
Weight should be 35.5 gram if real.

Is a magnet attracted to it?

Magnet is not attracted to it, and can't be sure about tissue test.

Ok good to know. Thx for being so responsive with your answers. Assuming you don't have easy access to XRF, I recommend doing a specific gravity test. It is a little bit of a thrash but will let us know the rough alloy.

Did a little more research, Tung San Sheng is a Manchurian Province, that is completely missing. I'm sure this is fake.

Did ping test, and seemed like silver. Still think this is fake though.

Looked online, and now I'm 100% sure it's fake. the Chinese characters on the top of the reverse don't match with the real one, plus there's weird characters in the middle of the reverse.
