 We all know what the slang expression SOL means. This baby is brass, measures 21.3 mm and weighs 3.54 grams. Anyone have any idea as to what this is? Thanks in advance

Interesting "token" of some sort.
Looks like the hole was added to it by cutting or drilling it out after it was minted. I'd guess the image that was removed was a guy sitting on a pot reading a newspaper.
Sorta like what was on the laxative advertising tokens that floated around in the 1900's.

In my part of the country, S.O.L. used to mean "Same Old Lions". They were a terrible football team for a long time but have recently become quite good.
