Got this back in change & noticed the bottom right serial numbers are definitely more bold/sloppy than the upper left. I am cognizant of the fact, the bill is in poor condition but before I go putting this back into circulation, 1) is this considered to be "overinked" & 2) is this common? I've seen where 1 digit is effected but not the entire serial number sequence. Thanks for looking & helping me learn.

It's not uncommon to occasionally see over inked serial numbers. They're still within BEP tolerances, so no big deal.
