Never heard of NGCX - is this a legitimate grading company? Are all coins on the Vaultbox site graded by this company?

It's NGC. 9.4 is ms-64. All vaultbox coins are NGCx.

Frog, NGCx is the same as NGC. Just a different way that they grade for Vaultboxes. It's supposed to appeal to card collectors who are used to a 10 point scale

So, number three is another decent pull.

It is an interesting concept; trading card nostalgia.
