I've been investing/collecting coins for decades. I found this gig while searching for more info about ultra breaks and toning.

I think the breaks are just a marketing fad. What do you think?

to the CCF, stevenh! To me, UltraBreaks is just another gimmick, just like VaultBox (NGCX). A buyer purchases unknown coins hoping to hit the jackbox. In a sense they are both a form of gambling within a veneer of numismatics.

That is exactly my opinion!

It's basic math. Sure a DCAM is a great coin... probably worth about double market.

The recipe: Collude with PCGS (it is collusion IMHO) to take $100 coins add 2-3 gold coins (3k each) and sell 1400 x "LIMITED EDITION" (bogus) for $249.

Simple math. That works out to about $200k profit on a grift.

Sadly, I bought 8 of them before I realized WTH I was doing. The only saving grace is that they are the first edition.
