Hello everyone!
I am a new registered member and hope I am in the right place to introduce myself. I have just started coin searching here in the U.S. I know little to nothing about coin issues or errors and need all the help I can get. My searching has some possibilities but far from sure of what I am looking at.

 to the CCF, canwin249z! Keep in mind that true errors are very rare, and 99.9% of the "strange things" that you will see on coins are just damage. Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Welcome to CCF! There are long time collectors/dealers here who have a lot of coin knowledge. Read the Tutorials section which includes info how to upload coin photos if you want so people can comment.

Welcome ... let the learning begin. I've loved reading the relevant experience, from some very knowledgeable people right here on CCF. There are many many books on, it seems, any topic. My experience has been enhance by reading relevant books in the areas of my interest.

Hi everyone, I am new here. Life is pretty boring most of the time but I have a love and passion for the Lincoln Cent that doesn't end. My favs are of course the wheat and Memorial cent. The older the better and searching for the major DDO's/DDR's. I suppose truly, I'm an entrepreneur in search of the error coin that will turn my life around, but I absolutely can't get enough of those pretty, shiny red lincoln cents, well, unless they're the new shield cents, I just don't like them. To each their own I guess. Hope everyone is having a great evening!! Nice to meet you all!! |

Hello, I am new to coin collecting also and need as much help I can get to dive deep in the numismatic world. I have one 1993 Lincoln liberty penny and a 2011 no mint Lincoln Penny and would like some advice on their respective value and where to sell them if worth it. Thanks! |
