These are 40% silver so there's value there. But the damage to the nose and the die crack add no value to this coin.

I think that's Mechanical Doubling on the S T A T of the reverse and potentially on the 7 of the obverse. It's hard to tell from the picture. Generally speaking if there's doubling on the obverse and the reverse that's a clue that it's probably not a doubled die.
