To me, it's just a spender, but you can keep it until a better example is found.

I was curious because it made it into the lettering but not by much. Condition of the coin is not great either.

If I like a minor error coin, I will keep it for a while. I go through the collection periodically and release coins back into the wild.

If there's no extra value to it, I'm not going to hold on to it. I know I have other coins I held on to that will probably be released into the wild when I next look at them.
