Greetings all! I'm new to the community and just beginning to learn about errors vs damage. This Kennedy 1966 has drag marks across the neck and over "god". Would love to hear what others think may have created these marks. Is it just post mint damage or did it happen while making the coin? Thanks so much! Love this forum. Learning so much here.

PMD indeed. Just normal contact marks commonly found on circulated coins.
