On this penny starting at "WE" and ending past 1970 S is it a die tilt? It's thicker in that area around edge. The penny weighs 3.1g and is it DDO & DDR? Opinions please

to the CCF, E~Kadds! I'm assuming that the reverse of your coin is totally normal, or you would have mentioned it. It appears that this coin was struck with a slightly misaligned die. Reverse pic will confirm. If so, there is no numismatic premium associated with it - letters would have to be falling off of the edge for it to be worth more than face value.
