@ram, in both of your most recent threads, your overall pics are clipped off in the region directly opposite to the purported clip. While it is true that not every clip will demonstrate the Blakesley Effect, it would be nice to see if that is in place for either of them. I have some doubts as to whether these are actually clips and with this amount of circulation wear, any potential clue would be useful. Please add complete overall pics. Thx.

I don't know much about clips but the obverse of the coins appears to have rolled over metal in the area by the clip. To me, it looks like some cut the coin from the reverse and the bur leftover on the obverse folded over igwt.

Looks like "Garage" made clips by a hammer and round stock steel bar.

I don't think this is a genuine clip - the movement of metal piled up on the obverse should no be there
