It has to be one of very few remaining in such remarkable condition. If only property taxes weren't so outrageously high here..

I've known coin collectors that sell their entire collection and then buy 1 or 2 rare coins that they always wanted. Makes sense - less inventory and probably a better move if you are interested in rare coins as an investment if you hold them long enough.
