I did some research and know its notorious for not being sully struck. Hoping this is not the case but more than likely I think it is.

Nice circulation cameo look
Sheldon grade to my eyes : VF-20

Known as an improper alloy mix, are what those streaks on the obverse are. That is a small lamination on the reverse from the left wheat stalk to the C in cent. I also see a weak strikes like you do.

@errers can you look at my other post for a 1993 as would that fall under Improper Alloy Mix?

I'll say F-15, small lam start on the reverse. No one pays VF money for that mealy obverse.

I agree with an alloy mix issue here and a small lamination because of it

a 1993 cent will not have an alloy issue as it is a zinc core cent with a thin top coat of copper (Copper plating)

Okay, I think I was thinking of Satin Finished Pennies. Is there specific dates for those as well?
