I'm new to this and wanted to ask your opinion on this 2021 half dollar eagles wrist . Don't know if it's just damage or what but looks really clean and same shape as the tips of the eagles feathers . Let me know what ya think . Thanks

That is a hit mark from another coin that has a reeded edge, like a dime, quarter, half dollar. Look at several coins you will spot them often.
