Looks like a genuine morgan, however I wouldn't trust the grade, just a basement slab.. Anyway i'd say au/unc details harshly cleaned.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

to the CCF, Sonic7! I agree with Jake - genuine in a meaningless slab. Certainly not DMPL. There are much better ones out there.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Probably genuine, but don't see how this coin can be accurately graded from these pics.

Harshly cleaned, genuine, AU details, certainly not PL
Do some searching on this site or elsewhere to learn about the history of this particular basement slabber.

Looks like a pretty typical BU roll coin with very heavy bagmarks. Surfaces do not look PL or DMPL. I'd say MS-61 tops.
