 to Community Can you please try to be specific as: 1-what do you exactly mean by die cast error/ 2- where is the location of the error/errors/ that will be helpful.

 I have highlighted the areas of concern. We have another quarter that does not have those gashes in it and they do not appear to be scratches from other coins. I appreciate your patience and understanding as we are new and truly novices at this (at least I am!) -Mrs. King

 and thanks for highlighting where you see issues! Those look like circulation dings from other coins, most likely from banging around in a mint bag, so post mint damage. If they were die gouges, the features would be raised, not depressed on the coins.
