I received this bill yesterday and I was wondering if it was worth more than $20. As you can see in the picture it is a miscut where there is zero margin on the right side. Do I have anything good?

Welcome to CCF.
I agree with Mr.Frog. The general rule of thumb in the collector community is that enable to be considered an error, a portion of an adjoining note should be visible in one of the margins. And there isn't.

Now, on Planet ebay, someone surely might pony up $30 dollars for it. But that hardly seems worth the while.
