My question is the orientation of this coin it's like the American coins where the reverse is upside down is this proper or should it be like the Canadian coins where front and back are oriented the same way ? Thanks in advance, tried to add pics having a rough go of it pic are to large in size I think will try again

Newfoundland 50cents had coin alignment (like US coins) until 1904 when they switched to medal alignment.
