Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6464 Posts	Posted 12/16/2024 1:18 pm Picked up a pair of 1941 Large-S dimes for $10.75 total. This is the second dime. I'm sure the patina folks will be enamored with the rainbow corrosion on this one. =) Shame about the big scratch on the face. I plan on doing the die identification for these dimes (there are only 6 listed on Variety Vista). The leaf position doesn't touch the S, although I guess it's possible that die #3 doesn't touch, and that can't be seen because the mint mark is partly in shadow.
