1999-P Connecticut Clip 50%/40% Off Center?

Dearborn Moderator United States 95204 Posts	Posted 12/18/2024 10:47 am Looks fairly normal to me it is very slightly off center but not 40 to 50 percent - maybe .5 % Can we see the obverse side of this coin - it will help us determine if it is a MAD strike or not. Folks around here typically say that the lettering must be at least partly over the edge for the error to carry a significant premium.
