1985 D Penny With 2 "bubble Rings" Around The D And Lincolns Neck

stubbornmule New Member United States 4 Posts	Posted 12/20/2024 6:50 pm My son found a penny and was wondering what might be going on with these odd bubble like lines on the penny. It looks almost like a bubble popped there or something, it's like a slightly raised ring around the D and there is also one on Lincolns neck that has a slight pit in the center.
