The cost to grade your coin will far exceed it's value.

Your original photos were too bright to allow us to view the surfaces.
The second set of photos is improved - and one of them appears to show some circulation rub on Kennedy jaw and hair.
I'm going AU55/58 on the coin. That gives it a slight numismatic premium above melt value but nowhere near the cost of grading.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.artToo many hobbies .... too much work .... not enough time.

I will grade it from the second set of pics: Lots of tiny nicks, but nothing that really detracts from eye appeal for the grade, nice luster, no wear on the high points of the design, both sides MS-62 or 3 As an Aussie collector, I have three '64 Kennedy halves in a similar grade. with a proof PF-68 in a snap shut acrylic capsule, that sits happily in a 20 pocket album page. Not valuable enough to send for third party grading and slabbing.

As much as I feel your "desire to grade" ... I have to say, that the cost for a TPG will outweigh any reasonable debate on its value. That being said, if one becomes a member of PCGS, "free grading coupons" come with the membership. Obviously, this comes with the cost of membership but there are many other features of membership that my benefit you and your personal collection efforts ... food for thought.
