I'm gonna ask an (I'm assuming) annoying question: When, if ever, are these errors worthy of getting graded? Is it only if they're uncirculated?

are these errors worthy of getting graded? In my opinion, don't think any RPM's are worth grading. Cost vs. Value. Now a very high grade coin that happens to have an RPM, then maybe. Note* There may be some rare/valuable RPM's out there that I don't know about. |
